There are 2 rooms available:2 Large Rooms rent is $150pw($600pcm) Includes all expenses(Electricity Gas and Water). Wireless internet is available. All rooms have a Single Bed cupboard and a study table. One of the large room has a Queen Bed.The large rooms will suit couples as well.Shared amenities including kitchen and washing machine. There are 2 separate toilets and 2 bathrooms.I would say that this is not a palace but does meet the basic necessities and is close to the CBD.Bus to the city from your doorstep. 3 minutes walk to Trams(96 and 109) or 20 minute walk to the city.There is a parking space and also off street parking(timed and all day).
