Hello Im Jess Im 19 years old and currently studying my second year full-time in Games Design at RMIT university. I am looking for a flatmate for my apartment in central Melbourne (located next to Melbourne Central RMIT and the State Library). There is easy access to trams and train station and close to two supermarkets. The apartment is on the 27th floor with full wall windows creating a fantastic view across the city. Security features include a chip attached to the apartment keys that allows residents access to the foyer and use of the elevator as well as an intercom system to buzz in guests. The apartment consists of two bedrooms a shared living area with a built in stocked kitchen and a shared bathroom with a working washing machine and dryer. The apartment has a split air conditioner/heater in the living room. Utilities are paid every few months (and vary depending on usage but on average are cheap) and are split evenly. My lease ends in November so I would prefer someone who could stay for as much of that as possible. If you are interested please send me a message or email
