I am leaving my apartment in 1 month and looking for someone to take over my lease for whatever period you would like, but a 6 month minimum would be the best.
You will be sharing the apartment with a guy in his early 20s.

Room is fully furnished (I only take personal belongings and the decorations home with me) with a bed, ikea desk and lamp, a shelf storage and side table. Inclusive: awesome view of the city Apartment: 2 room apartment, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room + balcony.

The building: free gym, tennis court, pool, common area, BBQ area and is very safe. We also have a car park Location: Milano apartments right by RMIT Price: roughly $250/week excluding bills and a $1500 deposit. Available on 5 August 2013.
