hey there i currently live in the appartment but am happy to move out to a friends if 2 rooms are needed as would prefere to get out of the lease. the rooms are spacious currently fully furnished with king beds and BIR (2 in the master bedroom) but can also fit more furniture each room has there own bathroom and the flat is fully furnished even down to hangers and cleaning products all u need are your clothes! there is air con and heating available and 1 caroark space remains which can be yours! there is 7 months left on the lease! so im happy to sign this over. lizzie
