Hi I have a room to rent bang in the middle of Melbourne City. Its a lovely big recently renovated apartment with a huge private courtyard. The building contains a pool a spa a sauna and a gym and an excellent cafe. The room is unfurnished and has a large built in wardrobe. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and has a dishwasher a washing machine and dryer. I work as a sales rep for a kids publishing company and Im quiet and clean – plus I love to bake! Im looking for someone friendly and easygoing but reasonably tidy. Preferably a non-smoker and Im not big on loud parties.
