My names Liz, I’m looking for a flat mate to share a two bedroom apartment, as I am moving out. My current flat mate Lara will be staying on, she’s an easy-going, friendly, social, house-trained girl, who enjoys a laugh.
We’re looking for a roomie not just a rent sharing shadow or a 24/7 part animal. Lara has share house etiquette down pat .o).

Rent is $320 a week (including 1x parking spot) and bond is $930 bond. Bills split in half. (Average $20 a week water/gas/power)
On offer is a double bedroom, kitted out with a comfy double bed and a desk/dresser. The room has built-in wardrobe, with full length mirrored doors and has floor to ceiling windows with nice view.
This room is offered with use of the parking spot. The builds garage has secure remote entry and solely allocated parking spots, with easy access to Kavanagh St or the foyer.

The rest of the apartment is kitted out with the standard things: big LCD TV, stereo, 2 + 3 seater leather couches, brand new A/C – heater, oven, modern fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher etc.
There are awesome views out towards Flinders St Station and the MCG, and a little balcony to enjoy them from.

The apartment is located on the 15th floor in a central location in Southbank. It’s in walking distance of the CBD (and all its glory) , trains (Flinders St station : 7mins), and trams (St Kilda Road : 5mins and Crown : 2mins). Short 10min walk to South Melbourne’s shopping strip and market!
The building has a two-lane lap pool, basic gym, full size tennis court, basketball ring and new BBQ area. It’s a very secure building, with a lovely concierge at the front desk (6am-10pm-ish) and key passes needed to get in and access the lifts. Security officers are around through out the night also.
I would prefer longer term renters. 8months min.
I’m nearly completely moved out so the room is available ASAP.
