Hi, my name’s Courtney. I’ve just moved out of my flat in Armadale and am looking for someone to take my room.

It’s nice old apartment, sharing with a super cool guy in his mid 20s, a cat and a puppy too.

The place itself has a seperate bathroom and toilet, spacious lounge and kitchen, large court yard and is furnished apart from the bedroom. It has gas heating. The bedroom is more than big enough for a big bed and it has a tonne of storage – The BIR are huge!

It’s ideally located within 10 mins walk to train station and the tram stop (routes 5 and 64) is right outside. It’s very close to both Chapel St and Glenferrie Rd – Walking or tram.

The guy you would live with is really nice and fun, he’s into sport, TV, food and social drinking. He’s really easy to live with and will share cleaning and other chores with no problems.

An ideal flatmate for him would be either gender, have a stable income, mid 20s also and love animals. He would prefer somebody that enjoys socialising and isn’t going to spend all of their time in the bedroom

It’s $185/w which excludes bills – Internet, gas and electricity would be halved.
