Hey guys! My boyfriend and I are currently looking for a housemate for our three-bedroom home in Box Hill. We are 5kms from Deakin uni and a 10 minute walk to the major transport hub (comprising of buses, trains and trams), our backyard is HUGE and although our house is a little old, I like to think I have exquisite taste in dcor. We are both VERY studious and rarely have friends over… We do however have a lovely outdoor entertaining area, which is a wonderful spot for a BBQ in the summer and we have an extremely cute golden retriever who is an inside dog, so only dog lovers need apply. We are looking for someone whom is kind, considerate and clean (my boyfriend and I are absolute clean freaks)!
