We have a small pom X chu dog that lives with us.

On the ground floor, we have an open space living area with fully furnished kitchen and dining and the laundry is located just behind the kitchen . A powder room located just on the bottom of the staircase

On the first floor, another retreat area (TV FOXTEL) furnished with a comfy corner couch, and flat screen tv. A bathroom and extra 3 bedroom.

We offer 2 spare bedroom on this floor $300. furnished with built in-robe , QUEEN size bed and tall boy for more storage. you only have to provide your own pillow, linnen cover and doona and readty to go.

single, young professional (NOT LOOKING FOR COUPLE) . Someone who can respect other peoples privacy and property. Note this is not a “Party house” We are just looking for someone who will click and we can be comfortable sharing our home. Its important that the person also doesn’t mind a cute cuddly dog in the house.
