Close to tram route 3 and 16. Tram 3 will take you directly to Monash Caulfield and Caulfield Railway station or Balaclave station in the other direction. Tram 16 will take you directly to Malvern, Kooyong, Camberwell, and Glenferrie stations or St Kilda in the other direction. Also close to Caulfield Park and tennis courts.

Must like CATS! The lease owner, Kimi, has an adorable 1 year old cat who’s really friendly.
