The apartment is fanstastic everthing is new as its new develompment.We also have a 54 inch Tv with full Foxtel, table for dinner up to 6 people and a great shower and bathroom. The balcony is extremely large, you could have 15 people having a bbq and arguably one of the best views of Melbourne City, you will find this very confortable apartment offers a lot! i think what sets it apart from a lot of other places is that you have an underground shopping center with Coles that is open from 6 am til 12 pm, liquor land, flight center,subway,nando’s, fish restaurant,it is all one elevator away!

On site there is a fully equiped gym,25 meters HEATED pool and large sauna.
The security is of the highest quality. There is a car space undeground,you don’t have to worry about leaving you car outsides.

If you do not drive the transport links are very good! you have Tooronga Station,just 15 min from Flinders street with the train every 10 min,the station is less than 5 min away! if you want to get a tram is 10 minutes walking away
