We are pretty easy going and looking for someone who is also. Two large living areas with tvs fully equipped kitchen and three outside areas. It is very close to Toorak Rd easy access for the number 8 tram on Toorak Road also Tram 70 and 75 on Riversdale Road and approx 10 mins walk from the Kooyong train station.The rent is $190 per week ($760 per month) and a bond of a full months rent will have to be paid up front.No students thank you.
