It is literally one street away from the beach and the heart of Rye shops. It has 3 bedrooms with 2 singles which can be put together as a double, 1 single in another bedroom and a set of bunks and a single bed in the 3rd bedroom. It has open plan lounge and kitchen and a bathroom. There is no laundry facility at the house however literally around the corner is the laundry mat. The house is affordable and very clean.
