Room advertised is bright and sunny with large windows and spacious BIR.There are 3 professional working female sharing the house. We generally quiet people but enjoy socialising with housemates. As we are clean and tidy we prefer a female housemate who is willing to maintain and keep the premises clean. Conveniently located in Ascot Vale and only 7km to the city. Walking distance to Tram 57 and Bus stop route 472 is just outside the house. Very near to shopping area in Union Rd also the newshopping complex on Melbourne Show Ground as well as near to Highpoint shopping centre. Room is fully furnished with double bed size bedside table tallboy/hairdressing table and generous size of BIR. Lockable room. Electricity gas water local calls and internet are included in the rent! So all utilities are paid for! Off street parking is available. House is equipped with monitored alarm.Rent is $170 per week. Require one month bond as security (refundable on vacating the room) rent is 1 month in advance; both payable on the day of moving in.Minimum stay of 6 months.Not suitable for people with owned furniture nor for a couple.
