Hello I am a 37y/o female who works lots of hours and in my spare time likes to read cook and do gardening.I have a 14y/o dog living in the house who spends most of the time sleeping and out of the way.The house is a corner block fully renovated very comfortable and fully furnished. 2 minute walk to lygon st tram line and 25 min ride to the city.2 min walk to merry creek park and bike path.please let me know if you have lots of furniture. The room is fully furnished with a desk and a singe bed and built in robe.
