We will have a room available in our big Footscray home from the end of November. Rent is $100 a week its a nice big room with fireplace in a good location in Footscray near the tram and not far from the train. Bond is $400 and the lease is ongoing (minimum stay 6 months maximum as long as you like). Sharing with two relaxed mid-20s guys and three chickens. Big backyard huge vegie garden polished floorboards throughout. We are friendly busy respectful people interested in politics music etc. Looking for a similar female or male aged between 20 and 35.
