All amenities are available for your use, including, Internet, TV, Cooking, Queen Bed + Mattress (Premium Quality, nearly new), Wardrobes, Microwave, Home Theatre, Lounge Suite etc. Inspection is a must.

The rent is $200 PW/$800 PM and bills separate. You will have your separate Private Bed Room with wardrobe.
