My name is Annie and I have a home in Berwick . I would like someone that is thoughtful and considerate of others and respects other people, their property and things to come and share the enjoyment of living in my home with me. I have a lovely 3 bedroom home and am wishing to rent one of the bedrooms out.
It has a double bed in it, built in robes and bedside table. The room overlooks the garden, so if you enjoy peacefulness and greenery , a wonderful patio to sit outside under and the company of someone that respects your privacy and that you need time to yourself, just as I do, but yet still enjoys a laugh , chat and sharing the occasional meal together, I would love to hear from you.

I take pride in keeping my home clean and tidy and you would have use of the main bathroom and toilet , as my room has an en suite , so I would expect that you would help out with the housework . I don’t like dirty dishes left in the sink for days and mess all over the place, but in saying that, I am also not obsessive compulsive either LOL Whilst I am a person who loves meeting people and enjoy entertaining for my family and friends and would welcome both your family and friends, if they have respect for others and their property, I would not enjoy having anyone here that wishes to throw wild parties till the wee small hours all the time and just getting drunk all the time. In other words, I am not against anyone having friends or family over, as I do also, or having a drink, I just don’t wish there to be parties till the wee small hours all the time, with people constantly just getting drunk.

I have a gorgeous little dog, so one of my pre requisites is that you are a dog lover. I am close to bus, rail and freeways, which makes getting from A to B very easy. I am very close to Berwick Monash University and several TAFE colleges, they are all about a 10 to 15 minute walk away or 5 minute drive.
