I am looking for a new housemate from April 4th 2013 to share my 3 bedroom house as one of my 2 housemates is going back to France at the end of his internship.

The house is spacious and clean, with a modern kitchen, separate laundry, ducted heating throughout, and an aircon and open fireplace in the living room. It is also very easy to maintain with tiles and polished floorboards. There is a big entertainers yard at the back with a double garage for storage.

I already have all necessary appliances (kettle, toaster, sandwich press, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, juicer, washing machine, TV, ADSL…) so all I need is a new great housemate!

The available room can fit a queen size bed and a desk, and can be furnished if needed.

The house is located in a quiet suburb, with great parks and a lake nearby. There is also a bus stop 400-500 metres up the road which can take you to Monash Clayton train station or Moorabbin train station.

I am a 30 year old office manager, friendly, open, tidy and respectful and am looking for like minded people to live with. I also have a dog (well behaved and friendly) and spend a lot of time with him. The rest of my time is usually spent with friends, dining out, enjoying a barbecue or a drink.
I am not a party animal and won’t be in your face, but do enjoy a drink, movie or a meal with my housemates from time to time.
My housemate is studying to become a pilot and comes from a small town in NSW.
