Very nice new home you will have the run of the place. You must love animals there are 2 dogs and 4 cats here. It would be nice if you could expect to also help out with the housework and yard and buy your own food but we will try to include all utilities in the rent. The room is available immediately and comes with your own double bathroom although we will have to share the spa bath I like a spa from time to time but always will clean up after myself.
