I have a fully furnished room for rent but if you want to bring your own furnishings no problems, also storage area big back and front yard with 2 toilet and bathroom secure parking and i live with 14yr old and also a small jack russell wihich lives in the house and is fully trained am looking for a professional person who is neat and tidy and respectfull.. I do not mind cooking and cleaning and internet is available house is fully furnished and it is a quite court with beautiful fauna surroundings at the back close to train bus gym shopping centres and also close to altona beach.. 2 mins to bus or 10 mins to Laverton train station
