Hey there my name is Lauren. I am in the middle of moving into this modern townhouse which I recently purchase. To help pay the mortgage for a bit thought I would share it as there is plenty of room. I can offer a fully furnished room or a room with no furniture (whatever is needed). There are two bathrooms to ensure privacy. The house has all modern ammenties such as a dishwasher internet air conditioning heating alarm etc. I will be living there with my lovely choc Lab (who spends 90% of her time outside) and my one eye crazy cat (who really is a sweetheart). I am a very clean person and enjoy my own space. I work hard in my job but like to socialise on the weekend. The rent will include internet access insurance for your personal belongings and of course access to everything such as the fridge washing machine etc.
