I live in a top level 3 bedroom apartment and the master bedroom could be yours! It comes with a full private ensuite, and walk in wardrobe. The apartment is north facing and gets plenty of natural light. The kitchen is modern and larger than most apartment setups. There is a very comfortable queen size bed in the room, however no other bedroom furniture is provided.

I’m asking for half of the monthly rent, and to split all bills evenly. The third bedroom is left empty

I work full time in education and do like to come home and relax on the couch. I’m usually up for a chat but definitely want to find someone who has their own life and own interests, as home is a place of relaxation for me.

The apartment is located on the main street of Altona and is right above a gym, restaurants and an IGA. It is a 2 minute walk to the Zone 1 train station, and at the end of the street is Altona beach, surrounded by local shops and cafes and bicycle/walking trails. It’s a quiet part of the west, and is a great place if you’re looking for something peaceful. There is a great view from the balcony looking towards Cherry Lake. It would be perfect for someone who relies on public transport, as there is parking available but would need to be negotiated.
