Hi im a 23 year old nursing student!. Looking for a new flat mate to occupy my 2 bedroom unit. Would prefer an early 20 to mid 20 year old female student or someone working full/part time if possible. Someone thats clean and tidy. The unit is old but is easy to clean with polished floor boards and tiles throughout. Im really easy going, i work alot of shift work so im in and out of the house all the time. My current housemate has received a job opportunity in Dubai and is leaving in early july!. The room is pretty small but it fits a queen bed and one bedside table comfortably. It has a built in robe also and faces the back courtyard of the house. The unit is in a fantastic location only 500 metres from the williamstown road exit on the princes fwy, 10 minutes away from williamstown and we have a variety of restaurants and a corner store in walking distance. The unit is connected to another 3 units which are occupied with females and are easy going. The suburb being spotswood is very family friendly and safe, have had no concerns. The only problem is that we live opposite the rail line. Only freight trains use this line so we only have trains every couple of hours. My room faces the road and im that used to it that i dont hear it at night and you wouldnt hear it as your room faces the back of the unit. just when in the lounge room we turn the tv up for a couple of minutes while they pass. Also our bedrooms are opposite ends of the hallway. If you would like to know more or would like an inspection please contact me.
