Charming, weatherboard cottage with polished floorboards throughout that is walking distance to Healesville’s mainstreet with cafe’s,restaurants and shops.

A fully equipped kitchen is supplied with plunger coffee, loose-leaf tea,milk and locally made biscuits plus many little extras.
Shop at the local farmer’s markets or produce stores and create a gourmet meal to enjoy at the cottage or dine at one of the award winning cafes & restaurants in the township.

The lounge/dining room includes two comfortable couches, television with dvd player and is kept cosy with a split system heater. There is a small selection of movies, books,magazines and games for your use when its rainy or in the evenings.

The two main bedrooms come with queen beds, while the third bedroom has a single bed and room for a portacot. For extra warmth in bedroom area, a portable dimplex heater is supplied. All beds are set with cosy doonas and electric blankets.
The clean and modern bathroom has both shower and bath.

An expansive,covered deck at the rear of the house will be the perfect place for an outdoor meal.
Overlooking semi-rural properties, the deck protected from the weather by bistro blinds has a gas bbq & timber table setting so is sure to get lots of use.

Fully fenced, spacious garden means you can bring your dog along too.Permitted inside under supervision only. A kennel and hammock bed is provided on the deck for your pet.
