- 2.4m x 1.8m = $55.00 per month
- 2.6m x 2.6m = $64.50 per month
- 3m x 2.4m = $70.40 per month
- 2.8m x 3.4m = $75.00 per month
- 3m x 3.7m = $104.50 per month
- 3.8m x 3m = $115.50 per month
- 7.3m x 3.6m = $137.50 per month
- 7.6m x 3.6m = $137.50 per month
- 9.8m x 2.7m = $137.50 per month

One (1) months rent is required as a security deposit as well as two (2) months rent is payable on collection of keys which provides shed and gate key. Security deposit is refundable at the end of tenancy after a final inspection. Identification is required to lease including Drivers license or Medicare Card.
