This is one of the closest houses we have to the main surf beach entrance and the shops as well as being one of the best beach houses we have on offer.

At the front of the house is a large covered deck area shaded and protected from the street by Tea tree. The outside furniture on this area makes it ideal for outside entertaining and is in close proximity to a roofed BBQ allowing year round protection from the elements. The BBQ is a large hooded style unit so most of your cooking can be done outdoors. Unusual for Sandy Point there is a lovely lawn area extending the outdoor living environment.

The house itself is a delight painted in fabulous colours and immaculately appointed making for a great holiday experience. The kitchen has gas cooking, a microwave and a large two-door fridge, there is an additional beer fridge on the rear deck. The family room,dining area and kitchen are combined . Entertainment is provided by a large LCD TV with DVD player, there is also a CD sound system. The area has reverse cycle air conditioning as well as a wood fired heater. The photos best tell the story of this impressive area.

Bedroom one has a queen bed with large built in robes, the second bedroom has a double bed also with built in robes. The third bedroom has two sets of bunks.(The house sleeping eight overall) The third bedroom has a small TV for watching DVDs.
The central bathroom has a large shower and a separate toilet. The laundry has an auto washer as well as a dryer.

There is an outdoor hot/cold shower for washing off the sand after you return from the beach. There is also ample parking including one undercover. The garden is securely fenced and outside pets are welcome.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
