A quirky older style Sandy Point beach house modernised to cater for today’s needs. The position is one of the best; only a few minutes walk to the shops and main beach access and for even more convenience it is only a few houses away from the Park Ave beach access.

At the front of the house is a large covered deck area with ample outdoor furniture and a large hooded gas BBQ an area ideal for outside entertaining regardless of the weather. A sliding door opens into the combined living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is new with gas cooking, a microwave, a good size fridge and a dishwasher. The area is heated by a wood heater should it be needed. The LCD TV has an inbuilt DVD player. The photos best show this area.

Both bedrooms are large, bedroom one has a Queen bed while bedroom two has a set of bunks. An additional bungalow in the back garden has a double bed and a set of bunks. The combined areas sleep 8 people. The main bathroom is combined with the laundry. The shower is over a full size bath and the toilet is in the bathroom. The washing machine is a full size auto. The bungalow has its own modern bathroom with a shower over a hip bath a vanity and toilet.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
