Upstairs, 3 queen sized bedrooms- master with ensuite plus a laundry/utility room with washing machine and a modern bathroom.

Downstairs is a bunk room with 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and a set of bunks adjoining a family room with a double sofa bed to sleep an extra couple if necessary.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
