A great 3-bedroom beach house with a large garden, only minutes from beach access. The centre of the house has a compact lounge/dining area. The lounge has a TV and video and is heated by a wood-burning heater. The kitchen has electric cooking, a microwave and a family size fridge.

Bedroom one has a queen size bed and adjoins an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two and three are at the other end of the house and have a separate bathroom and toilet. Bedroom two has a set of bunks, bedroom three has a queen size bed.

The separate laundry has an automatic washing machine. All in all a great house for a comfortable holiday at Sandy Point.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
