This very comfortable three-bedroom home is just that little bit more than your average Sandy Point holiday house. Unlike most, the large and comfortable living area is totally separate to the kitchen and dining area. This room is ideal for quiet relaxing with a TV, DVD player and a sound system. The original open fireplace has been replaced with a far more efficient slow combustion wood heater. The fireplace is now used as an ideal space to store firewood. This room opens onto a covered carport and the windows look out over well-established gardens and lawns.

The combined kitchen and dining area is again rather large with a very well equipped kitchen. There are two full size stoves, one gas and the other electric so all your cooking whims are catered for. There is a dishwasher and a good two-door family size fridge as well as a microwave. The dining setting seats eight comfortably.

Bedroom one has a Queen bed, built in robes and opens onto the bathroom. Bedroom two has a double bed whilst bedroom three has two sets of bunks. Again these rooms have built in robes. ( The house sleeps 8 overall plus the cot)

The laundry and bathroom are combined and can be accessed via a hallway as well as the master bedroom. There is a good size shower and the toilet is separate. A full size automatic washing machine is also provided.

The back garden is also well established with nice lawns and a gas BBQ for outside entertaining. The garden is well fenced for the safety of children but no pets please.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
