This house is as neat as a pin. The kitchen, dining and lounge areas are combined and spacious. The kitchen has electric cooking, a microwave and a good sized fridge.

The lounge/dining area is tastefully furnished with a colour TV and electric heating. The bathroom and laundry area is combined, with a separate toilet.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, bedroom 2 has a bunk bed (single over double).

The timber deck overlooks the large, securely fenced rear garden. A gas BBQ and outdoor shower are provided so you can make the most of your beach getaway.

THIS HOME IS SUPPLIED BY TANK WATER AND WASTE IS HANDLED BY A SEPTIC SYSTEM. FOR THIS REASON THERE ARE LIMITATIONS ON THE FACILITIES AND IT IS REQUESTED THAT THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF GUESTS ALLOWED IS DETERMINED BY THE SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED. IT IS NOT PERMISSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL GUESTS TO BE HOUSED IN TENTS, CARAVANS ETC. YOUR ASSISTANCE IN ADHERING TO THIS REQUEST WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
