Upstairs has an additional lounge area with a television and a CD player. This area opens onto decking surrounding three sides of the house. The decked area at the front and rear of the house are ideal for entertaining with outdoor furniture and a hooded gas BBQ. The kitchen is huge and very well appointed with electric cooking, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The dining area sits eight comfortably.
The master bedroom is upstairs completing the four bedroom set up. The bed here is a Queen, the room again with ample robe space. The house sleeps eight with the addition of the Futon. The bathroom on this level has a separate bath and shower recess as well as a separate toilet.
The garden is immaculately maintained and there is a concealed outside shower with both hot and cold water to wash off the sand on your return from the beach.

Peak times (1st November to after Easter and all long weekends): $1700.00 Per Week. $280.00 Per Night ( 2 night minimum) Long weekends 3 nights and Melboure Cup and Easter 4 nights minimum stay
Off Peak : $1500.00 per week $250 per night (2 night minimum)
