The decked area at the front and rear of the house are ideal for entertaining with outdoor furniture and a hooded gas BBQ. The kitchen is huge and very well appointed with electric cooking, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The dining area sits eight comfortably.
The master bedroom is upstairs completing the four bedroom set up. The bed here is a Queen, the room again with ample robe space. The house sleeps eight with the addition of the Futon. The bathroom on this level has a separate bath and shower recess as well as a separate toilet.

Peak times (1st November to after Easter and all long weekends): $1700.00 Per Week. $280.00 Per Night ( 2 night minimum) Long weekends 3 nights and Melboure Cup and Easter 4 nights minimum stay
Off Peak : $1500.00 per week $250 per night (2 night minimum)
