Looking for an easy care holiday destination? With front and rear decks, a large flat block for games of cricket and footy and lots of extras, this property is bound to appeal.

The kitchen, dining and lounge areas are combined for relaxing family entertaining. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a dishwasher, 2 door family fridge, electric cooking and microwave. You won’t miss anything from home whilst using this kitchen.

The dining table extends to seat eight whilst the furniture in the lounge area is all very tasteful and comfortable. The room is heated by a wood heater and as an added bonus has a reverse cycle air conditioner for cooling and also that quick heat should the weather turn cool. A colour TV, DVD player, VCR and CD player are provided.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, built in robes and a most unlikely and welcome inclusion, a reverse cycle air conditioner. Bedroom two has a double bed whilst bedroom three has a bunk bed, single over double.

The bathroom has a shower recess over a hip bath and the toilet is separate. The good sized laundry has an automatic washing machine.

There are timber decks at the front and rear of the house both looking out over large grassed areas making the rear garden in particular an ideal private area for outdoor entertaining. A gas BBQ is provided.

The owners of this home request no pets and no smoking inside the house.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
