This unique double storey home with a tower, spiral staircase, bar and dedicated games room is sure to make for a holiday to remember! Highset location is quiet and close to the main beach of Sandy Point along with the shops, mini golf and cafe’.

The elevated observation tower offers 360-degree views of the Prom and Inlet nearby, while the rest of the house is split across the two levels below. The kitchen, lounge, two bedrooms and a family bathroom are upstairs, while the bar, games room, second bathroom and spacious third bedroom can be found at the base of the feature spiral staircase.

For your family’s safety, please ensure you bring gates or barriers for the stairs if you will have small children staying with you.

Bedroom layouts are as follows:
Bedroom 1: queen sized bed (sleeps 2) plus TV
Bedroom 2: double bed and bunk bed (sleeps 3-4)
Bedroom 3: single-over-double bunk and bunk bed (sleeps 4-5)
Bar: pull out sofa (sleeps 1-2)

The large and open kitchen is well fitted and provides plenty of space for cooking for a big group. The adjacent dining area features sit-down dining for up to 12 people. One large fridge is located in the kitchen, while a second full size and a small bar fridge are provided downstairs. A coffee machine is also provided for guest use (Please bring ALDI brand coffee pods). The fully outfitted laundry downstairs contains a top loading washing machine. A washing line is located in the empty, fully enclosed garage.

In winter, the house may be heated via oil heaters in each of the bedrooms. In summer, pedestal fans are provided to ensure that everybody has a comfortable stay.

Family and friends’ entertainment is well catered for at this holiday home as well. The upstairs lounge and downstairs bar both contain a digital TV and DVD player, while the games room downstairs features a full size pool table with tennis table top, a dart board, a fussball table, cards, and a selection of children’s books and games.

A BBQ plus a BBQ box (containing utensils, BBQ crockery and cutlery) are thoughtfully included for guests’ use, and an outdoor dining setting is easily set up in the enclosed garage or back garden for effortless outdoor meals. A third toilet and cold-water shower are also outside.

The rear garden is fully enclosed, and dogs are well provided for with a kennel and bed in the fully covered garage. No pets in the house please. Thoughtful inclusions throughout the house will ensure that each member of your family has a memorable holiday in Sandy Point.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
