This new holiday home is set on 2.5 acres and has been designed to take in views from every angle to look across grazing pastures towards Wilson’s Promontory and Shallow Inlet. The house provides a relaxing atmosphere whether it is over the summer or winter months.

The Danish inspired L shaped house has two separate wings joined by a vast open plan kitchen, dining, and living area, outdoor entertaining area. Each of the living areas and bedrooms enjoy the special outlook through floor to ceiling windows.

The gallery style kitchen has quality appliances including a combined electric cooking top and oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a microwave. The dining area is directly serviced by the kitchen. The living room includes 2 seating areas to make the most of the relaxing views. A gas hooded Weber BBQ is available for your use.

The west wing is comprised of 1 queen bedroom, a double bunk room, bathroom (incl shower, vanity and toilet), separate toilet and laundry (washing machine and dryer).

The south wing is comprised of 1 queen bedroom, a second bedroom with a double bed and 2 singles, and a bathroom (incl freestanding bath, shower, toilet and vanity). All rooms have been furnished to a high standard and the bedrooms have plenty of storage in the built in robes.

The house is well insulated and supported by panel heaters, natural convection cooling and fans.

Short drive to the centre of Sandy Point township, pristine beach and inlet for boating and fishing.

Rates:
20th December – 31st January: 7 nights minimum, $2400/week
Long weekends: (Labour day, Melbourne Cup, etc): 3 nights minimum for $1050
Easter: 4 nights minimum for $1400
Off peak times: minimum stay of 2 nights for $700, or $2000/week

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
