Behind the high gloss black front door lies surprise after surprise.

Enter into a large and open combined living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is bright, with tasteful decor. An open fireplace is welcoming and makes the property excellent for holiday stays year-round. This area adjoins one of two outdoor entertaining decks, with glass sliding doors and tall windows to make the most of the stunning views behind the property, looking out over farmland to Shallow Inlet beyond.A gas BBQ is situated on the lower deck. A TV and DVD player are situated in the living area.

There is an additional sitting room on the lower level with private access, this room is comfortably furnished and opens onto a grassed area with a wood fired BBQ close by.

The kitchen is fully equipped with excellent appliances including electric cooking, microwave and a family size fridge.

All three bedrooms have Queen beds. Two of the three bedrooms are downstairs, with the master bedroom upstairs. Also upstairs is a second sitting area, with a second TV and DVD player plus a CD player provided for guest’s entertainment. Spectacular views are seen from both the master bedroom and the upstairs living area. A second deck is also upstairs, again opened to the house via sliding glass doors.

The bathroom is very special with a huge shower. The adjacent european style laundry features a full size front loading family washing machine.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
