This is a fantastic liveable holiday home and is complemented by an equally fabulous garden covering two blocks.

The front door opens into a huge light and airy family and dining room, the large windows look onto the surrounding garden with no other properties being visible making you feel as though you are not on the typical suburban block. The entire living area is very tastefully furnished. The dining table seats six comfortably. The couches surround a wood fired heater should the weather turn a little chilly. To compliment this there is a reverse cycle air conditioner which comfortably heats and cools the entire living area. For entertainment there is a colour TV with a DVD and VCR as well as a stereo/CD.

The superbly appointed kitchen overlooks the lounge area. The cooking is electric with a microwave a dishwasher a big two door fridge and as a bonus a coffee machine.
There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, bedroom two also has a Queen bed whilst the third bedroom has a set of bunks with a trundle bed underneath. All bedrooms have built in robes. (A Portacot and high chair are provided)

The bathroom has a large glass shower recess, a toilet and vanity, a second separate toilet is off the laundry. The laundry has a front load washing machine and dryer.
A gas BBQ and outdoor setting is provided in the superb garden setting.

A double garage is available for your use.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
