Fabulous POSITION just across from the beautiful beach, great for surfing, fishing and swimming and nestled on a protected bush block. If living above the treetop is your ideal dream, this is the place for you. This one bedroom home with the carport under the house, L shaped lounge, balcony, compact kitchen takes you back to your childhood. Air-conditioned (cooling only) in the lounge/dining area. A queen size bed and a set of bunks in the one room so the house suits up to 4 people. Doonas and blankets are provided, with BYO linen, bath towels and beach towels.

There is provision for additional sleeping in the lounge area on the divans. The bathroom has a shower and separate toilet. There are no clothes washing facilities. There is a charcoal Weber Kettle BBQ provided. The kitchen is well appointed with all electric appliances, hot water service, a good size fridge and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The lounge and dining area are spacious and includes a full HD LCD colour TV and a DVD player.

The well established native garden provides privacy and a peaceful environment for both you and the native wildlife. If you are lucky, you will see a couple of koalas (whilst sitting inthe dining room). This older style beach house is a great getaway with a private backyard and in a secluded quiet environment with two handy beach accesses and in no through road for safety.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
