Much loved family beach house only a few hundred metres from the beautiful Waratah Beach. A screen of native vegetation provides fantastic privacy, so you can make the most of your beachside holiday and enjoy the front and rear decks.

The two bedrooms are at the back of the home. The spacious first bedroom has two single beds and one double bed. The master bedroom opens directly onto the rear deck of the house and has a queen bed.

The family bathroom is combined with the laundry and features a vanity, top loading washing machine and dryer, toilet and a shower over a small hip bath.

The living and kitchen areas are combined, with lots of space for family games or table tennis tournaments (table tennis table provided). A TV and stereo are provided. The kitchen features a large fridge, electric oven/stove and a microwave. A BBQ is also provided.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
