I am looking for somebody to take over my lease in a large house right in the middle of Ballarat the street literally comes off Ballarats main street. Large house 7 bedrooms and the size of the bedroom I am moving out of is of a considerably large size. The room has fantastic heating and comes with some furniture such as a stand alone wardrobe dresser with mirror and desk. A single bed that comes with the house can also be arranged to be brought up into the room which is on the second storey with a large windown able to open and with a lovely view.
