Room 1: $160- Large room with ensuite bathroom and WIR

Room 2: $150- Large room with separate bath

Room 3: unoccupied/kept for storage – Small room with balcony

Lock-up Garage: $15 per week

Bond equivalent to 1 month rent.

As the house is brand new, there has never been a phone line, so I’m still working out how to get the internet connected. If you have your own 3G/4G dongle, or can tether your phone, then awesome!

I’d prefer no illegal activities, no hydro setups in the wardrobes etc, especially since I’m covering the utilities! Cheers!
