The spacious carpeted living area caters comfortably to group occasions with the dining table extending to seat up to ten. The kitchen features a Bianco super sized stove and oven for the entertainer. All necessary equipment is on hand. Supermarkets and produce located a two minute walk away. Saturday morning markets also located 2 minutes from the property. Local takeaways, cafes and restaurants are just a short walk or phone call away.

The abundance of floor space in the second story open plan living area, allows for any extra sleepover guest to utilize a mattress on the floor.

The relaxing comfort of the downstairs master queen bedroom , with large plush double basin en suite, provides a retreat for absolute privacy. The second bedroom can be configured as a king size bed or two single beds. The beautifully appointed main bathroom with luxurious deep bath, will see you soaking for many a peaceful hour by candlelight. All linen provided along with basic bathroom necessities.

Sleeping 6 plus comfortably, each bedroom has its own TV/DVD, private entry and abundant cupboard and storage space.

The downstairs living area complete with TV/DVD also has a comfortable fold out sofa if required. This area also provides basic tea coffee facilities and bar fridge. Relax in the private, secure courtyard incorporating a delightful water feature, just outside the back sliding door for ease of supervision.

CORPORATE RENTAL is welcome for a short or extended stay. With Geelong just a 20 min drive away, the property is ideally located for the commute. Rates are negotiable based on the time of year and length of stay. Please contact us for quotes.

Laundry facilities include, washing machine and dryer, laundry powder and deep porcelain trough, steam mop and vacuum.

The upstairs balcony has an electric Weber BBQ and is a sunny scenic spot for socializing. Alternatively sit in the front upstairs windows watching the ocean change colors.

Off street parking provided as well as parking at the front door.
Check-in time is 2pm, check-out is 10am.

One night stay by arrangement – a cleaning surcharge will apply.

Seasonal rates apply. Tariff quoted is based on two adults with extra adults or children charged at $25 per person per night.
