These units are small but neat, all have had a fresh coat of paint over the last few years inside, carpets and bathrooms are clean. Each unit has lounge room leading into small kitchenette and through to the bedroom and Ensuite bathroom. Bathrooms are tiled and have shower and toilet. Shared laundry with two washing machines at rear of unit block. You do receive power bills as each unit has a seperate power meter. You will be required to provide references to rent one of these units. Noise, parties or disruptive behaviour will NOT be tolerated by any tenants at these units as we have a very nice group of people currently living here.
