The kitchen is neat and fully equipped with an electric oven and stove top. The bathroom is combined with the laundry as the washing machine is in here. Very easy yards to maintain as all you have to do is spray the weeds when they appear! PLUS a gardener comes in every 3 months to maintain both front and back yards. You can also drive out the back and park behind the gates. The owner lives next door so you will have to be a quiet and responsible tenant!
