Hi I am a 28 yr old female looking for a flatmate in a 3 bedroom townhouse in Girrawheen. I am a tidy person very laid back and work full time. I am easy to live with – as long as rent is paid on time Im a happy camper Looking for someone easy going with a sense of humor and sane ( I have had some weird housemates in my time haha) Idealy I would like someone around my own age – but eager just to rent the room out. There is another female flatmate (uni student) but she is rarely home and will be moving out in April – rent wont increase when she does :)The room is unfurnished and a decent size. Would easily fit in a double/queen bed. The unit is in a secure complex fully furnished with washing machine/dryer fridge etc – I feel I should mention that the TV isnt a flat screen There is an alarm system safe shared pool and bbq area. At the moment my 2 car parks inside the complex are being used but willling to share until current housemate moves out. The area is very quiet 5 mins from Warwick Train station 15-20mins from airport.Rent is $650 per month including gas/electricitiy/water. Any further info required dont be shy to ask
