F/F lovely room… Q/S bed… own bathroom. Lovely and well kept tidy home in good area.Have large theatre room with grt furniture but no TV but you cld make that yr tv/study room.Can provide linen/towells etc. Fully equipped kitchen.Share with myself and my nrly 6 yr old son.Require someone who is working f/t and clean tidy and respectful.Rent covers most utlities. Have wireless internet… sml charge if u wld like that.Keep own bedroom/bthroom clean and tidy. Share other house cleaning duties.Thanks.
