ABOUT US:I am a professional engineer (M-33) and my roommate is an office manager (F-29). We are looking for a third roommate to move in. I have a well-behaved cocker spaniel called Mia who absolutely everybody adores.ABOUT THE TOWNHOUSE: Waterfront three story three bedroom two bathroom plus powder room two living areas 3 balconies plus courtyard and boathouse is located in Ascot Waters. It is almost new and has a large terrace which looks straight over an estuary off the Swan River and has city skyline glimpses. The large terrace is great for BBQs and the main living area/kitchen look straight over the water and to a nature reserve. Its a real pleasure waking up each day and watching the dolphins swans and pelicans going about their business. There are granite bench tops and dual sinks in kitchen and the bathrooms. The bedroom has built in robe direct access to balcony and ability to fit a KS Bed and BS Tables etcABOUT THE FURNISHINGS:The house is furnished with modern furniture in a minimalist and clean style and we keep a clean and tidy house. Essentially all you will need is bedroom furniture personal belongings and manchester.THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:The Ascot Waters neighborhood is picturesque with much parkland water and safe and quiet ample parking with 2 bus routes within a 5 min walk (12 mins by bus into the city) the airport is a $12 taxi fare and numerous freeways and arterials within easy access too.THE RENT AND UTILITIES:$1000 per month paid on 1st of each month with a months bond. Utilities will be split evenly (water gas electricity as required and wireless broadband internet is $20 per month).OUR FUTURE ROOMMATE:We are both easy going and sociable people and are looking to find someone who wants to live in this beautiful home with us for the long term preferably. We have a preference for a financially secure and considerate person with less emphasis on age or gender.
