I have an unfurnished room available in a furnished house.Its me and my 2.5 yo labrador.there is a dishwasher and washing machine. a space is available in the garage with space for small/medium car otherwise there is safe street parking.The room will be available from end of april/start of may2 weeks bond and half of the bills.close to bus stop gym shops parks cafes and a pub.
