Room is fully furnished with linen personal fan and heater desk and bed. House is in Bayswater close to buses 8 mins walk to train station (zone 1) and close to Mt Lawley ECU. Rent of $130 pw is inclusive of $10 allocation for bills and the free wifi internet access.Were looking for a clean responsible and mostly sociable female to share with us.
